About Me

Many of the people I work with are driven and outwardly confident, yet feel unsettled, exhausted, or quietly dissatisfied beneath the surface. Therapy doesn’t need to begin at a point of crisis. Often it starts when something feels off, even though life might look fine from the outside. My approach is grounded in relational psychology. Our therapeutic relationship acts a space to think carefully about emotional patterns, internal pressures, and ways of relating both to others and to yourself.
My approach is grounded in relational psychology, which places the therapeutic relationship at the centre of the work. I aim to offer a thoughtful, containing space where we can explore emotional patterns, internal pressures, and ways of relating both to others and to yourself. Alongside reflection and exploration, I also support clients with practical ways of understanding and working with their difficulties between sessions.
I often work with people who experience strong self-criticism, perfectionistic tendencies, or a sense of needing to hold everything together, particularly in the context of demanding roles and relationships. This can sit alongside anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout, or feelings of disconnection. I also offer ADHD assessments for adults, as well as psychological support for those exploring or adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis.
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, and finding the right therapist matters. An initial consultation provides an opportunity to talk about what has brought you here and to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
