Privacy

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics service, and makes no request to any third party. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter and no comments, so there is nothing here for you to fill in and nothing for us to collect.

1. Who we are

This website is published by Therapport Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10839965. Registered office: 6a Bessborough Place, London SW1V 3SG. The practice is at 125 Gloucester Road, London SW7 4TE.

Therapport Limited provides consulting rooms to independent practitioners. We do not provide therapy ourselves. The practitioners listed on this site are self-employed and independent, and are responsible for their own clinical work and their own client relationships.

Therapport Limited is the data controller for this website. For administrative and legal correspondence, write to info@therapport.co.uk. That address is not monitored for therapy enquiries — to arrange an appointment, contact a practitioner directly using the email address on their profile.

2. What we collect from visitors

Two things happen automatically, and nothing else.

  • •Server logs. Our hosting provider records each request to the site, including your IP address, in the ordinary course of running the server.
  • •Monthly page counts. From those logs we produce counts of how many times each page was viewed, so we can tell which pages are useful and tell each practitioner how often their own profile has been seen The tool that produces them, AWStats, keeps its own per-visitor records including IP addresses. We do not use those records to identify anyone, and we do not combine them with anything else. The Therapport app reads the same monthly files to show each practitioner how often their profile has been viewed; it reads page totals only, not visitor records.

We use no analytics service at all — no Google Analytics, no third-party tracker, no script that watches what you do. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company. Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interests: understanding how the site is used, and keeping it secure and working. You can object to this; see section 7.

3. What we publish about practitioners

Each practitioner profile contains their name, photograph, professional title and registration, qualifications, an email address, sometimes a telephone number and a website, and details of how and with whom they work.

Practitioners write and maintain their own profiles. They choose what appears, including which email address is published, and they may remove their profile at any time. We correct or remove profile content only where it breaches a professional or advertising requirement.

Practitioner profiles on this website are published by agreement with each practitioner, who supplies and controls their own content.

4. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Video. Every video on this site is hosted on this domain. Nothing is requested from YouTube, Vimeo or any other provider, whether or not you press play, and no viewing data is collected or passed to anyone.

Maps. The maps on this site are images saved when the site was built, using data from OpenStreetMap. Your browser does not contact OpenStreetMap, or Google, to display them. If you follow a link for directions you leave this site, and that provider's terms apply.

5. Who else is involved

cyber_Folks S.A., in Poland, hosts this website and its server logs. That is the entire list. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no content delivery network and no form processor. Where a provider is outside the UK, transfers are made under the safeguards required by UK data protection law.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no advertising on this site.

6. How long we keep things

  • •Page view counts — the monthly totals themselves contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely. They are produced by AWStats, our host’s statistics tool, whose own monthly files record each visiting IP address together with the last page it viewed. Those files are kept for six years, alongside the server logs.
  • •Server logs — kept by our host, cyber_Folks, for six years. They include your IP address. We use them only to produce the aggregate page counts above and to investigate problems with the site.
  • •Practitioner profiles — kept while the practitioner is listed, and removed after their listing ends.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our processing it, and to receive a copy. Because this site collects almost nothing, in most cases the answer for a visitor will be that we hold nothing that identifies you. To make a request, email info@therapport.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.

Complaints about a practitioner's clinical work do not come to us. Each profile names the professional body that practitioner is registered with, and that body handles complaints about their practice.

8. Changes

We will update this notice when the site changes. The date below shows when it was last revised.
