BACP Registered Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Navigating life’s challenges, whether they involve anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship or other issues can feel isolating. I offer a safe and supportive confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I am a BACP registered Integrative psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I am deeply committed to providing a compassionate and supportive environment for my clients. I believe in treating each individual as a whole person, understanding the broader context of their life to develop a personalised treatment plan. With over three decades of prior experience in senior roles for international companies, I also understand the pressures and demands of modern life, bringing a unique perspective to my practice. I work both in-person from my practice in Kensington, and online, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
It is possible that you may be facing challenges that can feel overwhelming. I’m here to listen, understand, and support you every step of the way. I believe a strong therapeutic kind relationship is essential for personal growth and healing. My approach is collaborative, creating a partnership where we work together towards your goals and needs. We will explore your personal story, identifying any self-defeating patterns or beliefs that may be hindering your progress. My goal is to equip you with tools and strategies to develop self-awareness, build resilience, and flourish.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on various therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. These include:
Person-centred and relational perspectives
Psychodynamic and attachment perspectives
Addiction (alcohol, drugs, gambling, relationship dependencies)
Family and friends of individuals with addictive disorders
Loss of self-esteem, confidence, and identity
Workplace challenges (burnout, redundancy)
I am a BACP registered therapist with an MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling

Although Therapport Limited, the owner of the practice, is thorough in checking the qualifications, insurance and professional registration of each of our practitioners, the relationship is ultimately between the client and the practitioner themselves. Therapport Limited provides space for clinicians and is not responsible for the clinical work they provide.
