I am a psychotherapist, supervisor, and trainer offering weekly one-to-one therapy at Kensington Counselling Rooms. I aim to provide clinical services using down to earth, straightforward approach.
In my work, I pay close attention to how emotions and experiences are felt in the body, as many of life’s challenging events—big or small—shape how we inhabit ourselves physically. I also invite exploration of how we relate to others, both outside and within the therapy room. Our wellbeing depends deeply on the quality of our relationships, and this awareness forms a central part of my work.
I have been practising as a psychotherapist for over fifteen years and have trained counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK and internationally. I am also a visiting tutor on the MA in Gestalt Therapy at the London Gestalt Centre / Metropolitan University. My PhD explored the relationship between psychotherapy, culture, gender, and sexuality, and I continue to write and speak on these topics.
You can find more about my approach, terms, and conditions on my website (link to the left).
