I am a psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer. At Kensington Counselling Rooms, I offer weekly one to one therapy. I aim to provide clinical services using down to earth, straightforward approach. In my work, I integrate a focus on the embodiment of various emotions and states as most of our traumas (the big and small ones) are impacting on the way we experience ourselves bodily. Furthermore, I invite to the exploration of how we relate not only outside of the therapy room but also inside. Our wellbeing depends on the quality of the relationships that we create, and my focus allows us to explore this dimension.
I have worked as a psychotherapist for over ten years, and trained counsellors and psychotherapist in England and internationally. In London, I work for Re-Vision, a psychotherapy training centre, and less frequently for the Gestalt Centre. I presented at various conferences and completed a PhD exploring the relationship between psychotherapy, culture, gender and sexuality.
I further describe my approach, terms and conditions on my website (link to the left).
