About Me
I am an experienced bilingual psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor working long-term and short term in both English and French.
Whether you are dealing with a short-term crisis, a complex long-term issue, feeling stuck or just want to better understand yourself, we will be working together to make sense of these issues and gain insight so you can move toward a more fulfilling life.
I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can express freely difficult, sometimes painful emotions without being judged. Feeling heard, felt, understood, seen and supported is a powerful relational experience which guides us towards hope and change. The sessions are guided by you and my aim is to think with you, identify some unhelpful repeated patterns and help you find your own resolutions and solutions. The aim of our work is to be authentic and connected and able to engage in life with more pleasure and creativity.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I have worked in Senior Management in the Media Industry and held various Board posts in government and charity organisations, giving me a deep understanding of intense working environments.
