About Me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences safely and at their own pace.

My work is relational, child-centred and trauma-informed. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and healing. Drawing from psychodynamic, creative, cognitive-behavioural and somatic approaches, I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual.
I have experience supporting children, young people and families in primary and secondary schools across London. I work with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, OCD, self-harm, trauma, friendship challenges, family relationship difficulties and attachment-related issues.

Alongside talking therapy, I may also draw on creative and play-based approaches, helping children and young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and accessible to them. Where appropriate, I work alongside parents to support the young person’s therapeutic journey.
Alongside my work with children and young people, I also work with adults. I have a particular interest in co-dependency, developmental trauma and CPTSD, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and addiction and recovery. My approach integrates an understanding of how past experiences can shape present patterns, while supporting clients to build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing in the present. I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and that therapy can help create the conditions for this to unfold.

As a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, I also bring an awareness of the connection between mind and body, supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing.

I offer therapy in English, French and Italian, both in person and online. I also offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation to explore how therapy may support you or your child.
