My name is Fedra and I’m here to support you in whatever it is you’re going through.
If you’re reading this, you are probably facing some personal challenges and are looking for support. Sometimes we go to therapy knowing exactly what we are needing. Other times, we might be confused and only know that things aren’t quite right. We might have people in our lives we could talk to but sometimes we need to speak to someone impartial. Someone we can be sure wouldn’t judge us. A professional who could provide the right kind of support. It can be difficult to ask for help, but taking that step could mean freedom on the other side. Freedom from anxiety, stuckness and low self-esteem. Freedom from feeling depressed, hopeless or consumed with anger. These can all feel debilitating. But once we move through them, we can go onto living with more joy, purpose and meaning.
As an integrative therapist, I would use a wide range of modalities to tailor to your needs. But we will also build a strong and safe therapeutic relationship. I will endeavour to enter your world as fully as I can, in order to hear your story with warmth, empathy and from where you stand. Being heard can feel empowering. But we will also explore new possibilities that would feel true to you. Change is possible and I am here to help you with it.
Our relationship will be the foundation for our work together. Therefore, it is important you feel I’m the right therapist for you. We can set up an introductory call to see if we can work well together. For more information on how I work, please go to my website.
