About Me

Life can sometimes be challenging and as a result we can find ourselves experiencing low mood, emotional issues or feel we are unable to cope. Seeking therapy can enable us to gain a better understanding of ourselves by identifying our patterns, triggers and behaviours.

I am a person centred therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate their personal journeys towards self-discovery, growth and healing. With a deep passion for understanding and supporting others, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where therapy is tailored to meet my clients’ wants and needs.

During our sessions, I encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and beliefs at their own pace without judgement or pressure. I believe that by fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect, clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop greater self-compassion and awareness.

As well as running my own private practice, I am part of a college tutor team for counsellors in training and a member of a counselling team at a performing arts school in South London.

I am a fully qualified and registered person centred therapist holding a level 5 diploma.
