About Me
I am a multilingual Existential Psychotherapist with a particular interest in depression, loss and transitions. I believe that mental health problems stem from our struggles with life rather than originating from a biological or medical source.
I offer a safe and confidentiality space where you will be heard and feel free to open up about anything you are struggling with. Working together through dialogue, we will seek to discover what challenges have given rise to the symptoms that bring you to therapy. I will pay special attention to what you say and how you say it and emphasise description instead of interpretation to help me to understand how you relate to the world, to others and to your-self. I can help you to connect to yourself at a deeper level, rediscover bits of yourself that you may have lost along the way, and to find meaning and new perspectives so that you may feel more at peace in your life.
I have experience working with clients and their families affected by cancer, domestic violence and mental health issues. I am able to provide short and long-term therapy.
