I’m a psychotherapeutic counsellor trained in a holistic, integrative transpersonal approach. This means I pay attention to mind, body and soul. I am able to make use of seeing through a variety of lenses (Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Jungian, Somatic, Relational, Archetypal, Attachment) to help us in our exploration and depending on your needs. It also means I pay attention to that which is beyond the personal, to what connects us to the bigger world; to aspects of the social, cultural, ecological, mythological, ancestral, spiritual and dream worlds.
I welcome enquiries from all women, but particularly women with, or exploring, an autism diagnosis, and those experiencing burnout and/or hormonal conditions. I myself identify as neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD) and while that doesn’t mean we will have the same experience of life, you may well find it helpful to work with an autistic therapist.
I offer deep, compassionate, embodied listening to whatever you bring. Together, we will explore what calls for your attention.
It’s important that you find a therapist who suits you well and that it’s someone you feel you can build a relationship with. For an initial session, please contact me via my email address or the booking form on my website.
Some of the issues I work with include:
Diploma Integrative Transpersonal Counselling (Re-Vision) (2018)
PCGE Primary Teaching (2007)
BA Applied Psychology (University of Sussex) (2005)
