About Me

I am a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist offering open-ended individual therapy in South West London. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relational concerns. My priority is to build a containing and supportive therapeutic relationship which creates a space for honest discussion and exploration.
Psychological difficulties can take several forms and people often convey that something is ‘not quite right,’ perhaps they have been feeling low, tearful, disconnected or anxious for some time. These difficulties can take us by surprise and often emerge when ‘everything should be okay.’ Together we will talk about your difficulties, how you make sense of them and explore ways to overcome or minimise the effects they have on your daily life.

Approach & Experience

Relational psychotherapy provides the foundation and guiding principles for my work. This means I value collaborative discussions with individuals around their needs, preferences, therapeutic direction and desired outcomes. I have provided psychological support to individuals across NHS, corporate, non-profit and private settings. At present, I split my time between private practice and a charity which offers long-term counselling.
