I offer both short-term (12 weeks) and open–ended therapy, with the opportunity to explore your current issues and gain insight on a once per week basis.
I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and completed my professional training at WPF Therapy, a UKCP, BACP and BPC accredited course. My background is in mental health, with years of experience in psychiatric services as well as working with adults in my private practice.
