Hi, I’m Shafinaz Farook, a qualified Play and Creative Arts Therapist passionate about supporting children through the language they speak best: play, creativity, and connection.
I work with children aged 4–14 who are navigating emotional, social, or developmental challenges. Through therapeutic play, storytelling, art, sand-tray play, music, and movement, I help children process big feelings, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self.
I have more than 10 years experience working with children in primary schools across England. I have been working therapeutically since 2019.
