About Me

I am a registered psychotherapist with the BACP, holding an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.

Whether you’re seeking help for a specific concern or aiming to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, therapy provides a supportive space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. Together, we can identify negative thought patterns and equip you with the tools to navigate challenging situations, all in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

My Approach
My training is rooted in integrative therapy, allowing me to draw on various theoretical frameworks and tailor my approach to suit your unique needs. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, recognizing that trust and mutual understanding are essential for meaningful progress. Since human beings are inherently relational, I value exploring how you relate to others in your life.

I draw inspiration from psychodynamic principles, which emphasize the profound influence of the unconscious mind on our behaviors and thoughts. By bringing awareness to unconscious patterns and understanding the impact of our early experiences, we can gain valuable insights into ourselves.

I also work from an intersectional perspective, considering your social and cultural background and how it shapes your lived experience. At the same time, I recognize that everyone’s experience is unique.

Additionally, I believe strongly in the mind-body connection. Identifying where you feel anxiety or stress in your body can be a key step in addressing these issues. We know that trauma, anxiety, and high stress levels can manifest physically as well as mentally, affecting your overall well-being.

Get in Touch
If therapy is new to you, it’s natural to feel uncertain or uncomfortable. I’m here to support you at your own pace and help explore what has brought you to therapy. Feel free to reach out via email to arrange an initial 20-minute call, where we can discuss your needs and determine if we’re a good fit for working together. I look forward to hearing from you.
